Clinical Supervision for Practitioners Who Hold So Much for Others

A supportive, expansive space to ground yourself, deepen your practice and feel more confident in the work you do.

You spend so much time holding space for others. This is where you get to be held too.

You’re here because you care deeply about the people you support.

You want a supervision space where you’re not just discussing client work - you’re growing as a practitioner, strengthening your clinical thinking, and feeling truly supported as a human being too.

You want a supervisor who understands the emotional weight, the responsibility and the quiet moments that no one else sees.

And you want to feel safe bringing the parts of your work (and yourself) that feel messy, complex or uncertain.

You deserve a space where you can breathe, reflect and reconnect with the practitioner you’re becoming.

A note from me

Connection matters - especially in supervision.

You deserve a space where you feel genuinely seen, accepted and understood.
A place where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgement or pressure.

My intention is always to hold you with safety, compassion and clarity, so you can grow as the grounded, confident practitioner you’re meant to be.

My Journey and the Lens I bring

I am human first, therapist second. I’ve known imposter feelings in NHS roles, worked through grief and loss, navigated difficult relationships and faced health challenges early in life.

These experiences shaped how I hold space.

They remind me that vulnerability is a strength and that you don’t need to hide any part of yourself here.

Since 2013 I’ve supported high-achieving, big-hearted people through psychotherapy, coaching and supervision.

My grounding in psychology, trauma-informed practice and coaching means I can hold both your clinical work and the human behind it.

Outside of work, I’m most at home in the countryside with my dogs, by the ocean with my partner, or curled up with a decaf oat milk flat white and my Kindle.
