Hattie came to coaching feeling anxious, deflated, sad, and completely consumed by worry. She had spent a whole decade of her life feeling this way, was about to enter her 30's a new something had to change.
She had, had previous therapy before working together in coaching and had multiple rounds of CBT and felt like nothing worked!
Like so many high-achieving, heart-led women, she was functioning on the outside but struggling internally - overwhelmed by pressure, self-expectations, and the constant push to “hold everything together.”

I’ve developed so much self-compassion.

You hold space with so much compassion and I always felt completely safe to be honest about what was going on for me - even the things I’d never said out loud before.
Your style is a blend of warmth, intuition, and real psychological insight, and it makes the whole process feel grounding, nurturing, and deeply transformative.
What have been the most supportive elements of our work together?
Without doubt, the ability to text you throughout the week. That in-between support was a lifeline.
Knowing I could reach out on the days where things felt heavy and that you’d always respond with reassurance, clarity, or a gentle nudge when I needed it most - made such a difference.
It bridged the gap between sessions and helped me stay grounded, supported, and connected instead of spiralling back into old patterns.
All the additional resources you offered too with the programme were amazing and helped so much!

Absolutely, 100%.
You went above and beyond. I’ve never had someone show up for me with so much genuine care and commitment. I felt supported in every single moment, the good, the messy, and everything in between.
How did you find the additional resources in the programme?
You provide so many brilliant resources - genuinely things that people would find incredibly helpful.
But honestly, for me personally, the calls were the most powerful part. I process things best by talking them through, and you always made space for that.
Even though I didn’t use every document, I loved knowing they were there and that you'd thought through everything someone might need on their journey.

I absolutely loved it. It felt like this beautiful extension of the work we were doing. The messages you sent in between sessions came through at exactly the right moments - like mini boosts of clarity, grounding, or encouragement when I needed them the most.
